Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profit objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within the designated territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of domestic sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
