Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profit objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within the designated territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of domestic sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
