Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Domestic Tour Package Design & Sales:
Develop and sell comprehensive domestic tour packages, including specialized honeymoon and family packages.
Create customized itineraries that meet clients preferences, budget, and schedule.
2- Hotel Reservation Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with hotels and resorts throughout Egypt s popular destinations, including the Sharm Al sheikh , Hurghada, Ain Soukhna, and North coast.
Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers with accommodation providers.
Ensure smooth booking and reservation processes for all clients, handling special requests and group bookings.
3- Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and assisting with pre- and post-sale support.
Resolve any issues that may arise during travel, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4- Operations & Itinerary Management:
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including transportation, sightseeing tours, and activity bookings within Egypt.
Manage tour logistics, ensuring timely and efficient services throughout the client s travel.
br>5- Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote domestic tour packages and seasonal offers.
br>6- Financial and Administrative Tasks:
Manage budgets related to domestic travel packages, ensuring cost control and profit margins.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.

- Bachelor s degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality Management,
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in domestic tourism operations in Egypt
- Good command of English (writing understanding).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree preferred in Tourism, Hospitality Management,
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in domestic tourism operations in Egypt
Good command of English (writing understanding).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft office software
