Roles & Responsibilities


The Role of the Door Attendant

As a Door Attendant at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, creating a memorable sense of arrival and departure. You will warmly welcome all visitors, assist with transportation arrangements, manage the flow of guest vehicles, and ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for. Your attentiveness and professionalism will reflect the values and service excellence of the Four Seasons brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Open car doors, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth traffic flow at the main entrance

  • Arrange valet parking services by coordinating with valet and bell teams

  • Organize guest transportation, including taxis, hotel cars, or other transfer needs

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front drive and entrance area

  • Communicate guest needs clearly to other departments such as Concierge and Front Desk

  • Remember guest names and preferences to personalize the guest experience

  • Remain calm and composed in busy arrival/departure periods

  • Uphold Four Seasons service standards in every interaction


Knowledge and Skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Previous experience in a similar front-of-house hospitality role preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure

  • A welcoming attitude and proactive approach to guest service
