Job Scope:

The Doorman is responsible for welcoming guests at the hotel entrance, assisting with arrivals and departures, and ensuring a warm and professional first impression. The role focuses on providing exceptional hospitality while assisting guests with transportation, directions, and general assistance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure from the hotel.
• Open vehicle and hotel entrance doors for guests.
• Assist guests entering and leaving the hotel premises.
• Coordinate with the bell team to assist with guest luggage when required.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements including taxis and hotel vehicles.
• Provide directions and information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain order and organization at the hotel entrance area.
• Monitor guest arrivals and departures and communicate with the Front Office team.
• Ensure the hotel entrance and surrounding areas remain clean and presentable.
• Assist with traffic control in the hotel driveway when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of security and safety procedures around the entrance area.
• Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally.
• Ensure professional appearance and maintain hotel grooming standards.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs when required.
• Support the bell and front office teams during busy operational periods.
