Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain double/triple glazing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor glass cutting, washing, and assembly processes, making necessary adjustments for precision and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished glass units for defects, such as scratches, air bubbles, or seal failures, and take corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Relevant vocational training or certification in glass manufacturing or machine operation, to showcase specialized skills.
  • Proven experience in operating double/triple glazing machinery, with a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with various types of glass, spacers, and sealants used in double/triple glazing, indicating product knowledge.
