Downstream Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage downstream payment applications for subcontractors and vendors.
  
• Verify and certify subcontractor bills based on actual site progress and measurement records.
  
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal QS teams to validate quantities, rates, and scope of work.
  
• Assess and evaluate downstream variation and claim submissions.
  
• Maintain detailed billing records, logs, and documentation for all payments and approvals.
  
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual and project terms before processing payments.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project teams for timely billing and cost tracking.
  
• Assist in preparing cost reports and summaries for commercial management.
