Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare precise technical and shop drawings for interior fit-out, furniture, and joinery works.
Transform 2D plans and sketches into realistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to clarify design intent.
Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural teams to prevent design clashes.
Apply textures, materials, lighting, and finishes for photorealistic 3D visualizations.
Revise drawings and 3D visuals according to client feedback and project requirements.
Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely delivery of drawings and renders.
� Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop (as applicable).
Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture details, and interior finishes.
Basic awareness of MEP systems and integration into design.
Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
� Preferred Experience:
Exposure to residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles.
- Holds relevant certifications in CAD and 3D modeling software, demonstrating proficiency and commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Has experience in the building and construction industry, allowing for a deep understanding of project workflows.
- No nationality preference, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a passion for creating visually compelling and technically precise designs.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp), ensuring the ability to create high-quality deliverables.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling seamless collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
