About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with extensive experience in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) Systems, Data Center infrastructure, and technical documentation. Proficient in preparing precise AutoCAD drawings, as-built layouts, and detailed material take-off sheets for large-scale projects. Adept at coordinating with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure all drawings meet technical standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Known for accuracy, attention to detail, and strong understanding of ELV disciplines including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Audio/Visual and other low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Audio/Visual, Public Address, and Structured Cabling.
• Develop shop drawings, schematic diagrams, rack elevations, detailed drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings in compliance with project standards.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-off sheets based on drawings and specifications.
• Review and verify drawings for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with client and consultant requirements.
• Support the Data Center design team with layouts for racks, containment systems, grounding, power, and network cabling.
• Maintain organized drawing files and revision logs for version control and project documentation.
• Collaborate with site teams to incorporate redline markups and field modifications into final drawings.
• Ensure all work aligns with international standards (TIA/EIA, TRA, ISO, BICSI) and local authority requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support throughout project lifecycle.
