Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed fit-out drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Produce shop drawings for manufacturing and installation, incorporating necessary dimensions, materials, and construction details to guide the fabrication process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that drawings are understood and implemented correctly during the fit-out process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry standards, building codes, and fit-out techniques to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.
- Review and approve shop drawings submitted by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and design intent.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or drafting.
- Demonstrates minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out drafting within the construction or interior design industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Possesses excellent technical skills in 2D and 3D CAD software, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
