Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate material lists and cutting lists for joinery components, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste.
- Develop detailed shop drawings and technical plans for fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and resolve design issues.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize designs and assist in client presentations, showcasing the final product.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documents to ensure design compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) or drafting.
- Demonstrates minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out drafting within the construction or interior design industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Possesses excellent technical skills in 2D and 3D CAD software, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
