Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Draftsman to support design and construction projects involving roads and associated infrastructure works. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires strong drafting skills and knowledge of local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed infrastructure drawings including roads, grading, levels, and layouts

  • Develop shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings

  • Coordinate road layouts with utilities (stormwater, drainage, sewer, water, electrical, telecom)

  • Interpret design inputs from civil / infrastructure engineers

  • Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant, and authority comments

  • Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (DM, RTA, Municipality, etc.)

  • Coordinate with site and design teams to meet project deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Drafting

  • Min 5 –10 years of experience UAE in infrastructure Projects

  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2d & Civil 3D.

  • Strong knowledge of roads, utilities, grading, and infrastructure layouts

  • UAE Exp is must

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
