Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draftsman- HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting

Expert in Design of HVAC systems, Expert in hydraulic calculations, Expert in Heat load calculations, Duct design ,chilled water piping design, BMS etc. Well versed with Dubai Building code and DM requirements. Expert in ASHRE, SMACNA, AutoCAD, BIM, Primavera, MS project and other Engg. software's. Experience with Electro-mechanical Cont. is mandatory.

  • Draftsman- Drainage & Water Supply

Expert in design of water supply, Drainage, swimming pool, fountains, water features etc. DM approval is mandatory and knowledge about Dubai building code and good knowledge of Dubai market. Expert in Auto CAD, MS project, primavera and other engg. software's. Experience with Electro-mechanical Cont. is mandatory.

  • Draftsman - Mechanical

Expert in AutoCAD, BIM. Well versed with DEWA, DM, Civil defense regulations. Expert in coordination drawing, builder's work drawings and who coordinate with Architecture, structural and Civil dept. Experience with Electro-mechanical Cont. is mandatory.

  • Draftsman- Electrical

Expert in Design of electrical systems as per Local regulations, Expert in LV, MV and Building services. DEWA approval is mandatory. An Engineer who can handedly design of high of raised residential, commercial and mix service buildings. Expert in Auto CAD, BIM, Primavera, MS Project and other Engg. software's. Experience with Electro-mechanical Cont. is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Drafting/Design.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in drafting within the UAE.
  • Construction & contracting / Consultant Background
