Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Creates CAD drawings and as-built documentation.
Produce detailed technical drawings and blueprints based on architectural and engineering specifications, ensuring clarity and precision.
Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to interpret their concepts into actionable designs, maintaining a strong line of communication.
Utilize advanced CAD software to create and modify drawings, continuously updating skills with the latest technological advancements.
Review and verify design dimensions and specifications for accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of an Associate Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, with preference for Bachelor's Degree holders.
2-4 years of experience in drafting within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit, with additional certifications preferred to enhance technical credibility.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring accurate translations into drafts.
