Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in Retail and F&B projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with architecture, interior design, or joinery companies in the UAE and be proficient in industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for retail and F&B projects

  • Interpret concept designs, sketches, and specifications into accurate working drawings

  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained

  • Develop joinery detailing and fit-out drawings as per project requirements

  • Ensure drawings comply with UAE standards, authority regulations, and project specifications

  • Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions

  • Maintain organized documentation and drawing records

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman

  • Prior experience working with architecture, interior design, or joinery companies (mandatory)

  • Strong experience in Retail & F&B fit-out projects

  • Proficiency in:

    • AutoCAD (must-have)

    • Revit

    • SketchUp

    • 3ds Max

  • Strong understanding of joinery details, materials, and construction techniques

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings

  • Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in authority submissions (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.) Preferred

  • Knowledge of site execution and fit-out processes

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
