Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise construction documents.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope, maintaining version control and documentation integrity.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements, translating real-world conditions into actionable design elements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, with a strong foundation in technical drawing principles.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in drafting roles within the construction or engineering industry, showcasing a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations specific to the industry, ensuring all drafts comply with legal requirements.
