Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing premium grocery retailer is looking for a dynamic  Draughtsman for our Project team in UAE


Job Summary:

Works very closely with the designers for producing technical details for realizing projects at site.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Produce technical drawings and details.
  • preparing the architectural set of drawings: GA, flooring, rcp, finishes, partition, lighting with accurate details required to technically make the concept sound for delivery.
  • Documentation head to manage and archive files for delivered and upcoming projects. Responsible for organizing and categorizing specific details, for projects and maintain folders up to date.
  • Review drawings and details produced by draughts man and ensure design standards to be followed for all deliverables.
  • Manage works in the given design timeline for delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma in architectural design or civil engineering
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the similar field
  • Proven work experience as a Designer in Retail format
  • Diligent and attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge in Autocad, Sketch up, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
