Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for buildings.
- Collaborate with construction teams to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Use CAD software to prepare both rough sketches and detailed drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the engineering team.
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the project team.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings and project documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Degree from a technical college is also acceptable.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software ( Revit is an advantage ).
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of construction technologies and trends.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
