Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: AutoCAD Draughtsman Heavy Lift / Logistics


We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman with expertise in lifting plans and heavy equipment operations to support project execution and safety compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


Prepare detailed lifting plans and method statements for heavy/critical lifts
Develop 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings (crane positioning, rigging, load radius, site layout)
Perform load calculations, weight distribution & lifting capacity checks
Review crane charts, rigging equipment, and lifting accessories
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Identify risks and propose mitigation measures before lifting operations
Support site execution and maintain documentation of drawings/revisions
Assist in logistics planning for transport and heavy equipment movement


Requirements:


Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Architectural, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in heavy lift / transport / logistics projects
Strong knowledge of crane load charts & lifting calculations
Expertise in 2D/3D AutoCAD
Experience in GCC projects preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
