Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for plumbing and mechanical systems including water supply, drainage, HVAC piping, and related services.
Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, sections, schematics, and riser diagrams from Revit models.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
Implement design inputs from mechanical/plumbing engineers, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and project specifications.
Update drawings based on RFIs, site conditions, and consultant/client comments.
Generate as-built drawings and models upon project completion.
Maintain proper model standards, families, worksets, and version control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong 3D coordination and clash detection skills (Navisworks experience is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills with engineers and site teams.
Understanding of construction methodology and site practices.
Candidate should be Flexible to travel other Emirates.
Should have Building Construction Experience ( Residential , commercial & High Rise building
