Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman to support our Power & Energy projects by preparing layouts, general arrangement drawings, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD in compliance with project specifications.

  • Prepare plant room layouts and equipment connection details
  • Develop general arrangement (GA) and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Prepare BOQs and assist in estimation for Mechanical and Electrical works
  • Coordinate utility services across disciplines in line with architectural layouts
  • Prepare and update as-built drawings
  • Liaise with the execution team to clarify specifications and design requirements
  • Support the sales team by providing conceptual and preliminary drawings
  • Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Draughtsmanship or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in design and drafting of utility or power & energy projects
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical layout coordination is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organized working style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to suggest improvements
