Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
-
- Define and manage the technical solutions produced in line with the QCDP (Quality, Cost, Time, Performance) project objectives and technological constraints.
- Define technical solutions in line with project QCDP objectives and industrial constraints.
- Perform CAD studies of complex systems composed of multiple parts, ensuring technical feasibility and vehicle integration.
- Analyze the robustness of 3D parts , ensure technical convergence and resolve the sticking points with the different specialties (architecture, assembly, etc.).
- Ensure the application of design rules and best business practices.
- Create drawings of components and assemblies.
- Define the CAD structure and the bill of materials (BOM) of materials for the product, and launch the formalization process.
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation .
- Managing ISS/ECR within the framework of change management.
- Manage suppliers and ensure the management of the APQP grid .
- Participate in the various technical project meetings .
- Coordinate activities and ensure the completion of tasks by the assigned group of designers .
- Work in accordance with the Client's development process .
Desired Candidate Profile
Training
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical, industrial engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- Proven profile : 3-5 years of experience in product design / CAD development / mechanical engineering.
