Job Description

Works directly in the machining and stator line production to produce components for the mud motor oil field services.Manage the delivery of the necessary services and equipment to conduct drilling and testing operations.Monitors all ongoing operations for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.Develop new tools and processes to help optimize performance through more effectively managing costs at rig level and providing team feedback on inefficiencies continued performance.Responsible for running multiple rig operations.Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reporting and administrative requirements, such as safety reports, daily drill reports, site inductions, change over meetings
