Roles & Responsibilities

Drilling Supervisor (Onshore)


Location: India

Rotations: 21 Days ON / 21 Days OFF

Duration: 3 Months with possible extension

Start Date: Immediate (Candidate must be available to join immediately)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years Drilling operations experience as a supervisor in onshore operations with minimum of 15 years of total oilfield experience.

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • Good knowledge of Well Construction operations, HPHT well drilling, Well abandonment operations and critical Well construction equipment such as BOP, Wellhead & X mas tree, Hoisting system, Cementing equipment, Mud pumps, Liner Hanger systems and other completion equipment etc.

  • Knowledge of Process safety related to drilling operations and proactive approach to managing HSE.

  • Good working knowledge of the Open wells reporting system and Microsoft office applications.
