Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure, within the specific area, that network performance meets the KPI objectives defined in the service agreement, including sustained capacity margins for radio in accordance with customer engineering guidelines.
- Address specific performance issues when they are identified and forwarded for investigation and resolution by the performance analyst (end-to-end high-level performance analysis)
- Ensure compliance with the MS contract and identify any adverse trends in network performance before they lead to an actual degradation of service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- University degree in specialisation (Radio, Transmission,) or equivalent.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of modern radio and cellular transmission networks (GSM).
- Good analytical, engineering and basic project management skills.
- 3 years of practical experience in engineering and design in the planning and/or optimization of cellular telecommunications (GSM) systems
- Knowledge of supplier-specific equipment
- imbued with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements
- Mastery of French, intermediate level of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio etc).
