Description of the position:

The Driver Acquisition Agent will be responsible for the acquisition and integration of new drivers into the platform. He/she will play a key role in the expansion of the mobility network and will help ensure a sufficient number of drivers to meet demand.

Main Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new drivers via various channels (campaigns, events, field, digital).
Present the advantages and conditions of collaboration with the platform.
Support drivers in the registration process and validation of their documents.
Ensure the onboarding and initial training of new drivers.
Monitor the performance of newly integrated drivers and propose improvement actions.
Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to achieve acquisition objectives.

Qualifications

First experience in recruitment, sales or field desired.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and ability to achieve quantifiable objectives.
Knowledge of the mobility or logistics sector is an asset.
Mastery of French; English and/or Arabic strongly appreciated.
Dynamism, proactivity and taste for the field.
