Tasks to be completed:

• Establish and manage a new selection and recruitment process for Driver partners

• To prospect, recruit and train driver partners in order to best develop our driver network

• Undertake the necessary actions to improve recruitment and optimize our offering through an optimal distribution of driving partners at the regional level.

• Report all relevant field information to your superiors and take the necessary actions as needed.

Profile :

• Advanced vocational diploma/2-year post-secondary degree or higher in communication, management, commerce or other

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
