Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues using specialized tools and techniques, providing timely solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of AC units and systems, identifying potential issues before they escalate into costly repairs.
  • Assist in loading and unloading AC units and equipment, ensuring safe handling and transportation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC technician, with a proven track record in installation and repair.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and responsibility on the road.
  • Familiarity with various AC systems, including split, window, and central air conditioning units, is essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in work schedules.
