Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive company vehicle to deliver products to customers across assigned areas.
Promote and sell company products to existing and potential clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
Identify new sales opportunities during delivery visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collect payments (cash/cheques) and submit to the accounts department on time.
Prepare basic delivery and sales reports (daily/weekly).
Ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.
Keep the company vehicle clean, serviced, and in good driving condition .
Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must hold a valid UAE Manual Driving License (No. 3).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Driver Cum Salesman / Outdoor Salesman in UAE.
Knowledge of UAE roads and delivery routes.
Proven experience in sales (FMCG / General Trading / Packaging / Marine supplies).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus).
Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Presentable, energetic, and target-oriented.
Must be reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Physically fit to load/unload goods if required.
