Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A High profile Family in Sultanate of Oman seeks an experienced/ qualified Family Driver to work in Muscat. A professional, amicable personal driver to transport VVIP Family /Guest or Visitor/ Staff to their destinations. The personal driver's duties include collecting clients, assisting with the loading and unloading of their possessions, and ensuring that every trip remains safe and enjoyable. Can also resolve criticisms as they arise.


  • Fetching and welcoming Family/staff/ or guests at the beginning of their trip.
  • Driving children to school or activities such as sports practices and lessons
  • Loading and unloading family’s / passenger’s possessions, as required.
  • Traveling via the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed.
  • Complying with road regulations at all times.
  • Ensuring that clients' identities and conversations remain confidential.
  • Dropping off and/or picking up groceries, doing groceries or purchasing for the house of the family, or running other Family personal errands
  • Ensuring that the cars remains clean and well maintained (inside and outside of the car), can do car washing.
  • Maintaining vehicle maintenance records and ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order
  • Providing basic maintenance on vehicles, and maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses.
  • Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of road regulations.
  • Neatly presented and professional. Immaculate hygiene is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.
  • Professional, flexible, zero attitude and positive.
  • Should be courteous and respectful throughout your interactions with members in the family.
  • Pleasant and polite in interactions with Family/Guests and other staff members.
