Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Safely operate company pickup trucks (manual and automatic transmission) for passenger transport, cargo delivery, and construction site support, ensuring timely arrivals Demonstrate proficiency in navigating Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including major highways, traffic patterns, and alternative routes. Experience with construction site access roads and temporary routes is essential. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (e.g., engine oil, tire pressure, brakes) and perform basic maintenance. Promptly report mechanical issues to management to minimize downtime . Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the pickup truck, especially after driving in dusty or rugged terrain . Comply with UAE traffic laws, including toll systems (e.g., Salik) and site-specific safety protocols for construction zones . Accurately record daily trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs, to support operational efficiency . Interact professionally with passengers, clients, and site personnel in English, providing clear updates on route changes or delays

Requirements：

1. Valid UAE driver’s license (with appropriate class for pickup trucks)

2. Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, including at least 2 years operating pickup trucks in construction sites or similar rugged environments.

3. Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission pickup trucks.

4. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years .

5. Basic knowledge of pickup truck mechanics (e.g., engine checks, tire maintenance) to identify and address minor issues independently .

6. Ability to work a 6-day weekly schedule and adapt to flexible hours based on project demands.
