Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and responsible Driver to join our team in the Free Zone, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, clients, and equipment to various locations while adhering to Kuwaiti traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a valid Kuwaiti driving license, a clean driving record, and a thorough understanding of local traffic regulations. The Driver will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance, ensuring the cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned vehicles, and maintaining accurate logs of trips and vehicle usage.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and equipment within Kuwait and to designated locations, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a valid Kuwaiti driving license and ensure all driving activities are conducted in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicles, including checking oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential systems; report any issues immediately to the maintenance department.
- Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and Kuwaiti labor law.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and delivery times, providing timely and professional service.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and cargo during transportation.
- Follow company policies regarding vehicle use, safety procedures, and confidentiality.
- Assist with loading and unloading of equipment or materials when necessary.
- Comply with all legal and safety regulations, including wearing seat belts at all times and observing speed limits.
- Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor and relevant authorities as required by law.
- Support other administrative tasks related to transportation as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license (Category 3 or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or IT environment.
- Knowledge of Kuwait s traffic laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours on a temporary basis, including weekends and holidays if required.

Additional Requirements:
- Must adhere to Kuwaiti labor law regarding working hours, rest periods, and employment rights.
- Must have a clean driving record with no history of traffic violations or accidents in the past three years.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
