Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Map out driving routes in advance to determine the most efficient trip.
  • Pick up vehicles from the customer’s location as per the committed date and time.
  • Inspect the vehicle appropriately.
  • Clearly record customer concerns.
  • Hand over the vehicle to the workshop with complete documentation, including customer concerns.
  • Ensure all customer belongings are removed and checked before every transaction.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean and comfortable for all users.
  • Attend regular vehicle service appointments and report any issues noticed.
  • Ensure the reported customer concern is rectified before delivering the vehicle back to the customer.

Educational Qualification

  • Basic education

Competencies

  • Good knowledge of vehicle handling and basic inspection.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow schedules and manage time effectively.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field.

Licence Requirements

  • A valid UAE Light Vehicle driving licence.
  • Clean driving record.

  • English
