Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
Pick up Vehicles from the customer location as per the committed date and time.
Inspect vehicle appropriately.
Customer concerns to be noted down clearly.
Handover the vehicle to workshop with clear documents with customer concerns.
Customer belongings to be removed and checked before every transaction.
Ensure the car is clean and comfortable for all users.
Regular car service appointments and report any issues if noticed.
Make sure the reported customer concern is rectified before delivering the original vehicle back to customer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
Basic education.
Work Experience:
Similar field experience for at least 2 years.
Competencies:
Valid UAE Driving License.
Languages:
English.
