Job Purpose
To collect and deliver customer vehicles in line with the committed date and time, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan driving routes in advance to ensure timely and efficient journeys.

• Collect vehicles from customer locations as per the agreed schedule.

• Conduct proper vehicle inspections upon collection and delivery.

• Clearly document customer concerns.

• Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and detailed customer concerns.

• Remove and verify customer belongings before each transaction.

• Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable before delivery.

• Coordinate regular vehicle servicing and report any issues identified.

• Confirm that all reported customer concerns are resolved before returning the vehicle to the customer.
