Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Vehicle Operation: Safely operate light vehicles and buses (up to 60+ passengers) in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols.

  • Personnel Transport: Transport employees, laborers, and site staff to and from various project locations across the UAE.

  • Logistics & Delivery: Assist in the delivery of light materials, documents, or equipment as required by the site management.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil, tires, brakes, and fuel) and ensure the vehicles are kept clean and in good mechanical condition.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate logbooks, including mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details. Report any accidents or malfunctions immediately to the Transport department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Dual Licensing: Must hold a Valid UAE License No. 3 (Manual/Automatic Light Vehicle) AND a Valid UAE License No. 6 (Heavy Bus).

  2. Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional driving experience within the UAE, preferably within the construction or contracting sector.

  3. Road Knowledge: Deep familiarity with UAE roads, shortcuts, and traffic regulations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.

  4. Communication: Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills to interact with staff and follow instructions.

  5. Punctuality: Strong commitment to time management and project schedules.
