Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Transport executives safely to and from meetings, airports, events, and other destinations.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
Plan routes to ensure timely arrival, considering traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
Assist executives with transporting luggage or managing documents when required.
Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive movements, discussions, and activities.
Handle basic administrative errands such as document pickups, courier tasks, or office support when required.
Report any mechanical issues or incidents immediately.
Ensure compliance with company protocols for vehicle usage and executive support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 5 years experience as a professional driver, preferably for senior executives or corporate environments
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and safe driving practices
Experience in VIP protocol and high-confidentiality environments is an advantage
Excellent driving skills and safety awareness
Professional appearance and behavior
Punctuality and reliability
High level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good time management and route planning abilities
Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
