Deliver vehicles, important documents, and materials in a safe and timely manner to support MG Head Office operations.
Hand-carry confidential documents and priority materials directly to designated recipients when required.
Perform pick-up and delivery tasks involving office mail, records, and other business-related items.
Assist in routine vehicle servicing activities, including fueling, checking oil and water levels, battery and tire maintenance, and cleaning vehicle windows.
Support basic automotive maintenance and minor repair activities when required.
Pick up vehicles for servicing or repair and return them upon completion of work.
Provide transportation support for showroom staff as directed by the General Manager.
Assist with the new vehicle registration process at the traffic department when required.
Adapt to operational requirements and support additional duties as assigned while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.
