Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and navigation apps, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle, meticulously handling items to prevent damage and maintain order.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting professionally with customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving delivery issues with a positive attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required to understand instructions and perform basic tasks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery or a related field is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with delivery operations.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) is needed for efficient route planning.
