Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver practical driving lessons to students of varying skill levels.
Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
Teach students about vehicle controls, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
Evaluate student progress through regular assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving skills.
Prepare students for the Yard Test and in some cases, the UAE driving test, ensuring they meet all requirements.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans.
Communicate effectively with students and, when applicable, their guardians regardingprogress and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest driving regulations and instructional techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Report training-related statistics in coordination with relevant staff.
Contribute to implementing quality procedures and work instructions related to drivingeducation.
Maintain and demonstrate a high level of ethics in interactions with both trainees andother YDA staff.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to YDA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Secondary School (minimum)
Graduates (preferred)
Minimum of 3 Years overall experience in driver training or a related field.
Minimum mastery of two language (to include English)
Held UAE LMV and/or Motorcycle driving license for a minimum of 5 years
Good knowledge of UAE and international traffic and road safety rules and regulations
Good customer relationship/handling skills
