Driving Instructor
Job Description
As Test Manager , you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, coordination, and validation of vehicle road tests, whether digital or physical. You will manage all activities necessary to ensure that the tests meet performance, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance objectives.
By working closely with cross-functional teams, test centers and suppliers, you will ensure the proper execution and integration of test results throughout the vehicle development cycle.
Main responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth running of digital tests and to present the results.
Perform vehicle physical tests at the various test sites.
Ensure the preparation, monitoring and compliance of road tests throughout the project cycle.
Facilitate technical meetings and present results to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Stellantis milestones and the SOD process.
Ensure that automotive regulations applied to testing are taken into account and respected.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders involved in taxiing activities.
Organize and monitor travel to test sites (Kenitra, Oued Zem).
Required qualifications:
A category B driving licence is required.
Experience in conducting road tests (digital and physical) or similar activities.
Good knowledge of Stellantis milestones, the SOD process and testing methodologies.
Understanding the constraints related to automotive regulations.
Ability to analyze test results and write clear and structured reports.
Proficient in facilitating meetings and communicating with multidisciplinary teams.
Availability for frequent travel to test sites.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stress resistance and ability to manage unforeseen situations during testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Permis B obligatoire.
- Exp rience dans le d roulement d essais roulage (num riques et physiques) ou activit s similaires.
- Bonne connaissance des jalons Stellantis, du processus SOD et des m thodologies d essais.
- Compr hension des contraintes li es la r glementation automobile.
- Capacit analyser des r sultats d essais et r diger des rapports clairs et structur s.
- Aisance dans l animation de r unions et la communication avec des quipes multidisciplinaires.
- Disponibilit pour des d placements fr quents sur les sites d essais.
