Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Drone Instructor to deliver professional training programs in commercial drone operations. You will train operators from foundational skills through to mission planning and data capture for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ground school and practical flight training for commercial drone operations

  • Design and update training curricula in line with regulatory standards (GCAA or relevant authority)

  • Assess student competency and issue training records/certifications

  • Ensure all training activities comply with local airspace regulations and safety protocols

Maintain training equipment, logs, and documentation




Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial drone operations or aerial survey

  • Demonstrated experience in instructing or mentoring others

  • GCAA-certified (or equivalent national authority) with a valid Remote Pilot Licence

  • Hands-on experience with commercial-grade platforms (DJI Matrice, Phantom 4 RTK, or similar)

  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
