Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct UAV flight tests in controlled environments

  • Evaluate overall system performance and flight behavior

  • Tune and adjust flight control parameters for optimal performance

  • Monitor UAV stability, safety, and operational limits during testing

  • Record test data and analyze flight performance results

  • Prepare detailed flight test reports and provide feedback to engineering teams

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and aviation regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)

  • 3–5 years of experience in UAV systems, flight testing, or related engineering field

  • Hands-on experience in UAV operation, testing, or flight validation is preferred

  • Strong understanding of UAV systems, flight dynamics, and control systems

  • Experience in tuning flight control parameters and system optimization

  • Ability to analyze flight data and evaluate system performance

  • Familiarity with UAV testing tools, telemetry, and data acquisition systems

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and aviation regulations

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced engineering environment

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
