Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct UAV flight tests in controlled environments
Evaluate overall system performance and flight behavior
Tune and adjust flight control parameters for optimal performance
Monitor UAV stability, safety, and operational limits during testing
Record test data and analyze flight performance results
Prepare detailed flight test reports and provide feedback to engineering teams
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and aviation regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
3–5 years of experience in UAV systems, flight testing, or related engineering field
Hands-on experience in UAV operation, testing, or flight validation is preferred
Strong understanding of UAV systems, flight dynamics, and control systems
Experience in tuning flight control parameters and system optimization
Ability to analyze flight data and evaluate system performance
Familiarity with UAV testing tools, telemetry, and data acquisition systems
Knowledge of safety procedures and aviation regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced engineering environment
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
