Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dry Cleaner to join our hotel's laundry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dry cleaning and pressing guests' garments, staff uniforms, and hotel linens while ensuring the highest standards of fabric care, hygiene, and presentation are maintained.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate dry cleaning machines and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect garments for stains, damage, and material type before cleaning
Apply appropriate stain removal techniques and cleaning methods based on fabric type
Sort, tag, and log guest items accurately to ensure proper handling and delivery
Press and finish garments using steamers, irons, or pressing machines
Ensure timely return of cleaned items to guests or departments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dry cleaning area
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor
Adhere to hotel hygiene, health, and safety policies at all times
Provide exceptional service and handle guest items with care and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in hotel laundry or dry cleaning is an advantage
Knowledge of fabric types, stain treatment, and garment care
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
