Supervise and coordinate all offshore DST operations, including equipment preparation, installation, testing, and demobilization.

Ensure DST programs are executed according to approved procedures, well programs, and client specifications.

Act as the primary offshore point of contact between the operator, drilling team, service companies, and rig personnel for DST-related activities.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA).

Monitor well conditions during testing operations and respond appropriately to any abnormal situations.

Verify DST equipment integrity, pressure ratings, and certification prior to operations.

Oversee data acquisition, pressure/flow monitoring, and ensure accurate reporting of test results.

Supervise rig-up and rig-down operations and ensure minimal non-productive time (NPT).

Prepare daily operational reports, end-of-job reports, and post-test evaluations.

Ensure compliance with offshore regulations, company standards, and Libyan oil & gas requirements.

Mentor and guide junior DST personnel offshore.
