Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales for MiniMelts products.
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Analyze consumer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Manage and grow the company s online presence, including website content, e-commerce platforms, and social media accounts.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and influencer partnerships to enhance customer engagement.
Oversee the creation of compelling content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging DTC marketing trends.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful DTC marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
