The authority is responsible for providing effective and integrated healthcare system, protecting public health and improving the quality of life for those living in the country. In addition to this, the DHA is also responsible for providing services to various beneficiaries through its network of healthcare facilities including:
- Hospitals – Latifa, Dubai, Rashid and Hatta
- Specialty centres such as the Dubai Diabetes Center
- Primary health centres
The vision of DHA is to include strategic oversight for the complete health sector in Dubai and enhance private sector engagement. Towards this end, the DHA works tirelessly to ensure that health facilities are easily accessible to national, residents as well as the visitors in the country.
