Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of ductwork systems to ensure optimal airflow and efficiency across projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of ducting systems, identifying any issues and implementing timely corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop ducting layouts that maximize performance while adhering to safety standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in ductwork installation and maintenance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry regulations, maintaining thorough documentation for all work completed.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any delays or cost overruns to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding ducting projects, providing updates and resolving any concerns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in ducting practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ducting installation and supervision within commercial or industrial settings.
  • Relevant certifications such as HVAC Technician Certification or a similar qualification are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing teams effectively and delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially in multicultural environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams under pressure.
