Dump Truck Driver – Quarry Operations (Bulgaria) Reliant HR Consultancy

We are hiring experienced Dump Truck Drivers for one of the largest quartz-kaolin quarries in Bulgaria, located in North-Eastern Bulgaria. The quarry specializes in raw material production and operates several sites across the country.

Location: North-Eastern Bulgaria
Position Type: Full-time, On-site (Quarry Operations)
Accommodation: Provided by the employer (including utilities)
Airfare: Not covered by the employer

• Base Salary: €550 (minimum guaranteed monthly wage in Bulgaria)
• Performance-based Pay: Additional hourly pay depending on quantity of material processed/produced
• Expected Monthly Earnings: €1,000 – €1,200 (net)
• Note: Work is weather-dependent. In case of interruptions due to weather, employees still receive the base salary of €550 as per the employment contract.

• Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Weekend/Holiday Work: May be required when weather conditions affect previous weeks’ productivity.
• Overtime: Compensatory workload after weather delays; no additional overtime pay.

• Operate a four-axle dump truck within quarry boundaries (not exceeding public roads).
• Perform 40–50 short hauls per day (2–3 km per route).
• Safely transport quartz-kaolin materials within the quarry site.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicle condition and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and quarry operational rules.
• Coordinate with the site supervisor to meet daily production targets.

• Experience: Proven experience operating dump trucks in quarry or open-pit mining environments (mandatory).
• License: Valid Category C driving license issued from Qatar or Dubai (mandatory).
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible hours depending on weather conditions.
• Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with mechanics, site operators, and loading teams.
