We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Quality Manager to ensure that procedures are followed and quality is assured. Together with the Team Manager, you will discuss reporting and make adjustments where necessary. In this role you work closely with your colleagues from the call centre but also with the quality manager of the customer.

Your profile:

• You speak Dutch fluently. English and French are an important plus.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a managerial position, preferably in the contact center industry.
• You can put yourself in someone else's shoes and want to make others better.
• You have good numerical insight and analytical skills.
• You are stress-resistant and know how to plan and organize your tasks smoothly. You keep your eye on your goals to be achieved and think in terms of solutions.
• You work proactively and independently, you have a hands-on mentality and are decisive.
• You can handle standard MS Office tools well and you can easily master various internal applications and systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Driving performance: partner and consult with operational management to conduct a quantitative & qualitative analysis of performance.
• Provide quality solutions to improve performance based on the KPIs.
• Attend calibrations with Team Manager every month to assess team performance.
• Apply calibration for the team. Manage these sessions and ensure that everyone scores according to the guidelines.
• Developing Team Members: Observing team members' performance, providing feedback, and coaching individuals to grow and develop.
• Through Business Reviews you discuss current performance with the customer and make plans for the future.
